Glamorous White & Taupe Wedding, Knotting Hill Place

If you’re a lover of effortless style and lovely neutrals, you are going to be absolutely smitten with today’s real wedding!

Jade & Connor were wed at Knotting Hill Place in the most stunning, organic garden affair ever. You know that a classic palette of white blooms and greenery is always beautiful, but the addition of champagne and taupe tones into this design really it jaw dropping. We also really loved the incorporation of warm rattan, copper, and amber elements to create a beautiful, inviting aesthetic.

Greenery and White Ceremony Florals

The ceremony installation was truly a gorgeous moment. We created lots of height and depth variety with our clear acrylic pedestals, lots of romantic floating candles in glass cylinders, and, of course, over-the-top organic florals pieces with lush blooms and greenery. It truly created an entire secret garden vibe for their nuptials.

We also love how the organic design paired so perfectly with Jade’s modern, clean silhouette gown. It was a match made in heaven.

Amber & Rattan Wedding Reception Decor

When the weather is just right, a tented, Southern Wedding is pure magic! We decked out their clear-top tent with lots of trailing greenery to soften the lines and continue the garden vibes into the reception. Tables were set with lots of low, romantic arrangements and beautiful place settings with rattan chargers and amber glassware.

We filled in with our forever favorite — lots of romantic candlelight to really create an intimate dinner party vibe.

Special thank you to Maxwell & Grey for designing & coordinating every detail to perfection and to Madeline Shea Photography for capturing everything so beautifully!

Three Thanksgiving Prep Projects You Can Accomplish This Weekend!

Happy November sweet friends! Today we are switching gears and putting on our hostess aprons for a Haute Home post. Next week is Thanksgiving and we wanted to take this opportunity to share three projects you can tackle this weekend to prepare for a warm and beautiful Thanksgiving holiday.

Entertaining is something that is near and dear to our hearts. Beautiful homes and flowers go hand in hand. It’s only natural that we are obsessed with creating welcoming experiences for guests whether they are at our weddings or in our home. Today, we’ve rounded up a delicious recipe, some tips for styling a beautiful bed, and a fun diy project to create your own Autumn Room Spray!

(Check out our previous post on 4 Ways to Make Your Home More Welcoming!)

Welcoming guests into your home with a sweet treat is Hostess 101. This yummy recipe from Yammie’s Noshery for Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crumb Cake is the perfect way to set the tone for a cozy Thanksgiving holiday. The spices pair perfectly with the cream cheese to warm your palette and whet your appetite for a delicious dinner.

Set up with a beautiful coffee station and invite your guests to help themselves!

Scent is such a powerful tool when creating a cozy atmosphere. Whenever we prep for the arrival of special guests, of course we do a thorough cleaning of our home, but more than just having a clean scent, and sweet, inviting scent is certain to put guests at ease as soon as they step across the threshold.

Happy Heart Happy Home has crafted three room spray recipes using essential oils to really set the Autumn mood. Choose from Pumpkin Spice, Apple Pie, and Fall Breeze. (I think our favorite might be the Fall Breeze! Nothing compares to the cool, crisp air of Autumn!)

Finally, we wanted to share a wonderful resource for those who are entertaining overnight guests this holiday season! Styling a beautiful bed is a wonderful way to give your guests the perfect over-night experience. Let them relax from their travels in cozy sheets and fluffy pillows. (Paired with a room spray from above, and they’ll be certain to have sweet dreams!)

Michaela Diane Designs walks you through all of the elements to create an effortlessly chic looking bed for your guest room (And for your master bedroom! You deserve to be pampered too!)

These three projects are all easy to whip up over a weekend and set your Thanksgiving week off right! From our team to your home, we wish you the happiest Thanksgiving.

Classic Burgundy & Cream Wedding at Las Colinas Country Club

Today’s real wedding is a classic beauty! Temperatures are dropping (even here in Texas!) and we are getting ready to usher in the winter season. With that comes lots of bold, deep hues and this wedding at the Las Colinas Country Club is a perfect transitional design from Autumn to Winter.

Our couple envisioned a day full of lush florals with creamy & burgundy hues and lots of textural, trailing greenery. It is such a classic style & we loved bringing it to life.

We especially loved the ceremony florals framing out the gorgeous mantle. It provided the perfect backdrop for their nuptials. And of course, we can never resist a group of lovely bridesmaids! These ladies looked so stunning in their burgundy dresses and it complimented the blooms perfectly.

Moody Bohemian Wedding at Howell and Dragon

You know our team can’t resist a chance for lots of textural florals. For today’s real wedding, we’re sharing some gorgeous neutral, bohemian vibes and you are going to love it!

These two celebrated tying the knot at Howell & Dragon which provided the perfect industrial backdrop to their chic moody vibe. We absolutely love how this bride incorporated some amber tones with dusty coral bridesmaid dresses and touches of amber amaranthus in the bouquets & centerpieces. This really upped the wow factor for a neutral palette.

Paired with gold metallic & matte black accents everything tied together beautiful to create a truly ultra chic aesthetic.

Lush Pastel Garden Wedding at Arlington Hall

We hope you’re ready for a real show stopper! Today’s real wedding is everything pastel garden dreams are made of!

Our couple, Christine & Daniel tied the knot in the most gorgeous celebration at Arlington Hall. This venue is such a beautiful gem in central Dallas. The combination of the historical venue with it’s restored details and the versatile tented area & ceremony spots are absolutely swoon-worthy!

For this gorgeous day, planner Jaqueline Events envisioned soft, pastel florals in shades of cream, blush, taupe, lavender, and dusty blue.

The ceremony space was dramatic with its tall curved dome arch. We decked out this beautiful backdrop with lots of organic, trailing greenery and large bloom-heavy arrangements at mixed heights. We also lined the aisle with lush growing-style aisle markers to create the perfect walkway to the altar.

Once guests moved into the reception, they were greeted with a jaw dropping floral chandelier centered over the dance floor and tables full of colorful florals. We designed a mix of tall centerpieces, low lush arrangements, and mixed bud vases to give each table personality and uniqueness.
